Kaxite natural cork composition sheet is an economical all-purpose gasket material made from 10/20 grind composition cork, without a rubber binder. It is supplied in five standard thicknesses (1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2") and five standard sheet sizes (12"×12" up to 36"×36"), in both sheet and roll form. The material compresses under bolt load and recovers as load relaxes, giving reliable sealing in dry, light to medium duty applications including flange gaskets, compressor seals, general industrial gasketing and vibration damping pads. Custom thicknesses and sheet sizes are available on request.
Kaxite cork and nitrile rubber sheet is a blend of high-quality cork granules and nitrile rubber (NBR) binder, engineered for high resistance to oils, aromatic fuels and solvents. It is the grade specified when a gasket joint will see petroleum-based media. The H-series is supplied in eight standard thicknesses from 1/32" to 1/2" and five standard sheet sizes from 12"×12" up to 36"×36". Each grade can be certified to meet Grades A, B or C of MIL C 6183 B Class 1. The cork component preserves compressibility and recovery, giving reliable sealing under thermal cycling and repeated bolt-load relaxation. Custom thicknesses and sheet sizes are available on request.
Kaxite cork and neoprene rubber sheet is a blend of high-quality cork granules and neoprene (CR) rubber binder, engineered for high resistance to weather, ozone, salt air, water and general chemical exposure. It is the grade specified when a gasket joint sits outdoors, sees moisture, or operates in a chemically exposed environment. The E-series is supplied in soft, medium and firm densities across eight standard thicknesses from 1/32" to 1/2" and five sheet sizes up to 36"×36". Each grade can be certified to meet Grades A, B or C of MIL C 6183 B Class 2. The cork component preserves compressibility and recovery, giving reliable sealing under thermal cycling and long-term outdoor exposure. Custom thicknesses and sheet sizes are available on request.
Kaxite KXT-GS2052 cork rubber sheet is a compound of granulated cork and synthetic rubber polymer, combined with processing assistants. It offers both the high resilience of rubber and the compressibility of cork, making it suitable for static sealing in low and medium pressure joints. The sheet is produced in two hardness grades — Medium (55–70 Shore A) and Hard (70–85 Shore A) — in thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 100 mm, and three standard sheet sizes: 950×640 mm (untrimmed), 915×610 mm (trimmed) and 1800×650 mm. Technical data follows ISO 4714. Service temperature range is −40 °C to +150 °C. Typical applications include automotive engine gaskets, ship engine and pipework gaskets, petroleum pipeline flanges, transformer housings, electrical equipment and general industrial static sealing.
