Natural Cork Composition Sheets
Kaxite natural cork composition sheet is an economical all-purpose gasket material made from 10/20 grind composition cork, without a rubber binder. It is supplied in five standard thicknesses (1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2") and five standard sheet sizes (12"×12" up to 36"×36"), in both sheet and roll form. The material compresses under bolt load and recovers as load relaxes, giving reliable sealing in dry, light to medium duty applications including flange gaskets, compressor seals, general industrial gasketing and vibration damping pads. Custom thicknesses and sheet sizes are available on request.
